We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that used candles or wax melts cannot be returned due to safety standards.

Yes, all Melt Downs products are crafted using 100% natural soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure a clean, non-toxic burn for your home.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the near future.
